yeah, what is that good news that we should be sharing?

My response: Tom, I presume that you are not aware of what the true Gospel of the Bible is?
If you know the Gospel, please tell us what you believe that message to be. Thank you.
Jesus revealed the love, compassion and mercy of God. He revealed that God was present among us. He revealed the power of God in His miraculous healings and expulsions of demons. He spoke of many corrections that were needed in the understanding of God's Word and in its application. He revealed a little bit of what the Kingdom of God was like, and offered hope to all who want to experience it. It seems to me that that is the good news, the Gospel that we should be sharing with the world.
While the things you say are true of Christ, Tom, the Gospel turns on the understanding of what Christ did on the cross...that he who knew no sin became sin so that we might become his righteousness. One must put their faith in this transaction and, through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, be born again.

My response: Sadly, you have NOT expressed the Gospel that 100% of the post-resurrection evangelists preached... the men that Jesus Personally trained .
Woefully, this explains why you think that the God of the Bible and Allah... and many other gods are the same.
