Top of the morning to all you extraordinary Beta Readers! I’m Esther Rabbit and my debut novel is coming out in Spring.
RUDIMENTARY BLURB:
“Art teacher Zoey (24) is about to have her world turned upside down. In less than a week she has to deal with her boyfriend leaving her, finding out her downstairs neighbor is an alien and discovering she is one of the five altered subjects with unethical enhancements who outlived the experiments performed by Etienne. Etienne, the former Interplanetary Allegiance ambassador, experimented with genome editing on humans, enhancing them with abilities beyond their control for a purpose still unknown - and no one seems to be able to put this puzzle together. New ambassador Jasper and his team along with Zoey and her two friends, Sam and Emma, embark on a journey to rescue the remaining subjects and capture the former ambassador's helping hand, professor Trenton Beck. Zoey doesn't remember being altered and she doesn't know what she's capable of. Jasper seems to have an answer for everything but his sudden attraction to her, which goes against all the rules in the book.”
Lost in Amber is a New Adult, Paranormal Romance novel, so if you’re a fan of the genre, I’d be happy to let you know when it’s out, so DM me your email address and you’ll hear from me when the time comes (no spam, I promise).
But that’s not why I’m here. I’m here because all my sweat and tears are going into my author website this month and I promised myself my first step in the industry is not going to be a selfish one.
I’ve started a project meant to support and connect people in the industry, authors to beta readers in this case, the valuable professionals we consider “keepers” in the business.
I’ve respectfully reached out to a number of professionals I admire, and now I’m reaching out to you because I’m interested in interviewing some Beta Readers for my upcoming website.
The purpose of this project is solving Beta reader / Author doubts and attracting authors to your platforms.
If you’re interested in joining this project, the recipe is simple: - DM me your Beta Reader profile (platforms where I can see reviews from authors who have been working with you, years of experience in the Beta Reading field and your favorite genres) - If you’re interested in knowing when Lost in Amber will be available on the market, please specify it in your DM. I wouldn’t want to impose or send you a notification for something outside your preferences.
All this said, thank you for keeping the industry alive and for dedicating your valuable time helping authors.
