SOLVED. Sorcerer/fantasy/paranormal series? [s]

I remember the very beginning plot. Main character runs a tarot shop, and her best friend works with her. One day a handsome man walks in and offers her a job working for him (turns out to be a sorcerer who is old cause they live a long time?) I remember we get to meet his buddy who is a ghost that haunts his house/castle. The main character can touch objects and “travel back in time”. That’s all I really remember so if you can help if appreciate it! Oh and it’s been at least 3 years since I read it and I don’t think it was a newly realsed book at the time.
