Adding my latest book to existing series

Hello.

My first two books were successfully added to my "Sean Coleman Thriller" series (https://www.goodreads.com/series/1631...), but I've been unable to add my third book ("Broken Slate") to that series. Whenever I try to, I'm automatically taken back to my homepage.

From what I've been told, a Goodreads Librarian has to do this. If any of you can help me, I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks!
