Boss wants his men to bond so they go to a ranch which is owned by a mother and son, one of the men has an agenda as his father wants feedback as he wants to buy the land. Naturally the man and son fall for each other which comes to a head when the son finds out about the spying.

It was about 2 or 3 years ago it's MM contemporary romance I can't remember the skills it was based in New York and the boss owned the company. I don't think there were problems at work he just wanted them to go on a bonding retreat. It might have been Montana they went to it was a horse ranch, the mother and son might have been Indian. Unfortunately I can't remember anything else.
