Pink lips: As long as it is a color cover (not black & white) are you counting lips as pink, or is it a case by case basis?
I do not understand how it is possible for me to have no obviously pink books on my TBR!

In your first book, I'd say a couple of the rectangles in the last panel are pink. the letter in the second book looks purple to me.
Lips aren't automatically pink - they have to be pink on the cover - for instance, I could imagine a book cover with someone wearing bright red lipstick.
