Finished my first yesterday and will be finishing my second in about an hour. I like this series -- good main character, interesting story premise, and of course an excellent cat!
I've finished my books for the month! As always I enjoyed my visit with Aunt Tillie and the Winchester clan.

I finished both of my books for the month (on audio!!):
I'm glad I had a chance to finally start this series!
I could not get through my books. I absolutely did not like the first one,
and only got through half of it so I didn't even bother with the second one. I really had high hopes for this series but nothing about the story or the characters grabbed me. Maybe in the future, I will try them again but for now, I had to DNF them.

The descriptions seemed perfect for this time of year, and I hoped the books would live up to the hype, Come to think of it, I have read one book by the author (in a different series) and am sort of ambivalent about it, mainly due to the improbable theme. Again sorry you didn’t enjoy the books, and thanks for the warning! Hope you will like the next round of books better. Happy holidays!

Finished my second book, A Christmas Message yesterday. I liked the first book I read this month better but these are always nice short Christmas stories.

I, on the other hand, really enjoyed this mystery. I read it at Christmastime a few years ago, though I did wonder how viable this theme is for a series. I don't know that I'd want to read about a town where it is always Christmas at some other time of the year.

Finished my first
yesterday, and am already into the last in the series, and the only one I hadn’t read,
.I love this series so much I’ve just ordered the two in the new Scumble River series.
Finally, I just finished my second book of the December Serial challenge and on the last day of December. Now tomorrow start the new challenges!!!
Finally finished
today on my road trip, as it’s in audio format. I’ve already started my January book, which is a paperback.
