She woke up a couple of hours later, forgetting about him for a few seconds as she opened her door.

He got up when it opened, a lady had let him into the building and he had figured out the apartment number,"Lena"
She stared at him for a second before trying to slam the door in his face the next second.
He had jammed his foot to the side,"Lena clam down!"
She reached out to push him and then she tried to slap him again.
He grabbed her arms pinning them behind her. She was so tiny it was easy,"listen to me!!"

She stumbled in surprise but started to struggle against him. She opened her mouth to scream to alert te neighbors.
He covered it with her hand,"Lena, please, I don't want to hurt you my dear, but there is no way you can understand what's happening if you don't clam down for a minute"
Seeing that she couldn't move or talk, she settled on glaring at him, why wouldn't this creep just leave her alone?
"My msme is Jason and I am your life partner" he stated. He was bad at introductions and he didn't realize how that sounded
She started screaming even though he was covering her hand, trying to kick him to get him off of her
He pushed her in and went in himself and closed the door with his foot,"breath!"he snapped
She screamed as he pushed her in, trying to push him off. Biting his hand, she glared at him, "If you try to rape me I'll have you I prison!@ she snapped
"Rape you? What's that? I just want you to clamDown!"
"You're in my house uninvited and holding me down! You've been waiting for me for hours, what else am I supposed to think?!" She snapped.
She got quiet and stared at him,"I don't know you, you creep!"
"Creep?"humans were so confusing,"you have my skin madam. Let me explain it to you, but don't interrupt. Can you do that?"
"You are wearing skin!" She snapped, entirely freaked out by him. "But I'll listen if it'll make you go!"
"Without interrupting?"he asked doubtfully. She seemed like a person that interrupted a lot.
"My name is Jason, I am a selchie, you found my other skin and that is why I am bound to you. My skin is what I wear in the sea, now that you have it, I can not go back. I know it is a lot to take in or understand but you need to believe it or things will only get more difficult for you
"I don't believe in mermaids,"She spat. "Now I don't care which one of my friends put you up to this but it isn't funny so get out!" She demanded. "I don't even know what the fuck a selchie is."

"Because you are a creep!" She growled at him, trying to kick him off.
He easily dodged it,"Lena you have to clam down!"
"Says the man holding me down!" she glared. "give me a reason to believe you!"
"May I have water?@ he asked since he had no idea what a tap was
"Maybe if you get the fuck off of me!" She snapped at him mockingly
He looked confused but let go of her hands
Lena got up and grabbed the a bottle of water from her fridge and gave it to him, making sure to keep some distance between the two. She didn't know what he was trying to prove but she hoped that he just went away.
He unscrewed the lid. With a flick of his finger the water moved out twiling around his finger and moving th easy his fingers did
Lena stared at him for a couple of seconds. "So you have a magic trick. Let's pretend for a second that what your saying is true, then what? What am I supposed to do with you?"
"I am bound to you Lena. You may not love me but I cannot leave your side. I will love and protect you for as long as you love"he told her returning the water back in the bottle. He also don't understand what type of things freaked people out
"No way,"She had been willing to give him a chance but now he was just too awkward and creepy again. "What do I have to do to get rid of you?!" She demanded. "I don't have time to babysit some random stranger."
"What does babysit mean?"he asked purposely avoiding her question
"It doesn't matter!" She snapped, frustrated with him. "How. Do. I. Get. Rid. Of. You?" She snapped, making sure he got every single one of her words.
"It's not that sinply. You have my skin, I need to find it. Without your help
She glared at him,"Then what am I supposed to do with you?"
Somehow Lena knew she had to deal with him and he wasn't going away. "If you will not leave then you have to follow some rules."
"One, you can not follow me around everywhere. I have school and I hang out with my friends. Alone. Two, you sleep on the couch. And three, at least try to act normal,"She stated.
"No your not. People don't go around saying they love people they've never met. Your the opposite of normal. And you need more clothes,"Lena turned on her heel. "Now because of you I didn't get to go out with friends and instead I'm stuck with a mermaid wannabe,"She narrowed her eyes at him.
"What does wannabe mean?"he asked taking no offence of it what so ever. He was as clueless as they came
