SOLVED. Serial Killer book from several years ago [s]

A sister (twin?) goes looking for her missing sister, who has been abducted by a serial killer who cuts off body parts from other women, to sew on his dead wife. The abducted sister works in a bar, I think. Her neighbor, who is a cop, helps the other sister look for her. The abducted women have to watch the killer cut off the body parts from the other women victims before it's their turn. The killer gives the women manicures/pedicures before he removes the parts.

Thanks, but this is not the book. The book I'm looking for was written by a female author - I want to say the first name was Laura or Katherine, but I'm not sure and could be way off. I believe this book was the first the author had published but, again, I'm not sure. It was a stand alone to my knowledge. Don't remember the cover art.
