Elizabeth Asher grew up in a small house with both her parents and four brothers, six year old Sam, ten year old Anthony, fourteen year old Jackson, and twenty two yes old Lorenzo. Very early in Lydia's life anxiety took a hold of her, making her shy beyond belief. In Elementry school, she refused to speak and instead just observed everyone. She learned what worked socially and what didn't. By the time middle school came around, she had mastered blending in with the crowd, being completely average and agreeing with everything. She didn't exactly love living like that, but life was easy and her anxiety was at bay. In high school something happened though, she became someone guys liked gawking at, this made a lot of girls despise her. All the attention she got made it incredibly difficult to maintain her perfect middle ground, her anxiety skyrocketed and she dropped out as soon as she was able.
When she turned 18 she became a bartender and met her boyfriend. He was very charming and always knew the right thing to say to divert people's attention away from the negative parts of him. Lydia thought this was great, that it made them compatible and they'd understand each other. But she was wrong. He didn't do it out of fear, he did it for power, he was an Incubus. She grew dependent on him despite how terrible he treated her, despite every time he cheated on her, despite him not seeing how close her bottled up emotions were to escape.
Not to mention the curse was finally starting to take a hold of her, and she didn't even realize it yet.

There is nothing more confusing for a home schooled pastor's daughter than turning into a demon.
Angel Hope Jenkins, better known as Hope, spent the first 16 and a half years of her life incredibly sheltered by her parents. Her father was the pastor of the only church in her small hometown, and her mother homeschooled her, focusing mostly on teaching her the Bible. A majority of Hope's socializing happened on Sundays before and after service, or at choir rehearsals, maybe even the occasional holiday. 7 months ago Hope's parents got offered an amazing mission trip opportunity they couldn't possibly pass up, so they stuck her on a bus and sent her to stay with a distant aunt.
Not long after arriving the curse found her, and she began discovering some odd things happening. One of those things being an odd "allergy" to all things religon. Her cross necklace gave her a severe burn, she coughs up blood everytime she recites a verse, and praying seems to give her a migraine.
Hope is incredibly sweet and innocent. She is the perfect picture of a pastor's kid, other than the whole "I'm a demon" thing. She is incredibly inteligent and generous. Her new demon side is a bit different though, Shes found herself drawn to a different croud of people, she want to make decisions she would never have even considered.

Jiwoo is mellow. His past hasn’t yielded anything sorrowful, or anything exquisitely exciting. He’s just kind of there - the boy in the background you don’t notice is there until he’s gone. Just a small presence in the back of the auditorium. He’s really very talkative and has strong opinions, but doesn’t force them on anyone. He’s calm and secretive and cool, and doesn’t have many friends, but he’s ok with that. Sebastian St. Claire was born to a teen mom with a unknown father, and at the age of one, was put up for adoption. He’s been in and out of the system a couple of times, with each family finding Sebastian a bit of a handful. It wasn’t like he was bad and misbehaved. He just simply acted without thinking and found himself in bad situations. But he wouldn’t mean any harm. He just loved to have fun and try new things, even though some adults didn’t like that. At the age of 10, when Sebastian started to lose hope in finally becoming happy, the curse manifested itself within him, and before he knew it, he found himself in crippling pain before somehow became an animal. He learned that he was a shapeshifter, and after getting used to what he was and what came with it, used it to his advantage. Turning himself into a beagle, he managed to get himself taken into a household as a pet dog. With free food, a home, and the freedom of leaving the house whenever he pleased to change back into his human form and also managing to go to school, Sebastian believed he was living life. But living two separate lives started to grow a bit complicated, especially when he was falling for his owner who both knew him as her pet and as a friendly face at school.

He didn’t take the situation well, nor did he marvel at his daughter’s potential as a skin walker. Screaming words of disgust at the young girl and how she should been in his presence again. Reka’s mother argued and fought with him about the relationship he was breaking with him and his daughter. To which he’d reply with a grunt and depart to his study. However, one night, he got home so drunk that he hit Reka’s mother across the face, which left a mental scar on Maria. From then, she never spoke about Reka to him, and he did not look at either of them again. Out of fear of public prejudice, they remained together. Reka’s childhood was tough as she struggled to fit in with the other children. She never knew if she should like girl toys or boy toys. So, she played with both. She tried out for the boy’s football team in order to get her father’s attention. But to no avail.
Teen Years: As she grew, her body developed into a woman, and her temper grew like her father’s. Reka began to transform into an adventurous, nerve-racking young lady. Instead of going to her father’s business events, she would sneak out into the city night to discover new alleyways or secret tunnels. Each time she would visit one, she’d put small white line with three dots to say she was here. It was her little joys that she carried in her lonely life. But in each adventure, she would always put her life at risk. Sometimes she would tightrope around rails or lean out to the abyss from roofs. Forever pushing her body to the limit, and the boundaries of life. She loved to practice her transformations, and even more so when she has the chance to prank someone. It made her feel even more alive, ecstatic.
However, the next day in school, she would be exhausted and groaning from the parkour and running. As such her grades didn’t fare so well…not as if anyone in her family cared. Luckily during an English project, her teacher saw potential in the way Reka expressed herself in writing, as if she was taking the reader into a different realm. But instead, Reka was taking them along with her in her journeys. Either way, her teacher wrote a recommendation letter for a prospectus university. Sadly, Reka failed to show up to the interview, as she was caught up in another foolish adventures of hers.

Childhood: Eldest of the family, but born two months premature. Silas was an incredibly sick baby. Gideon grew up around magic, his family owned a shop for magic and spiritual materials, he studied it growing up and mastered it by his 18th birthday. He wasn't necissarily the smartest in his class in the traditional sense of the word 'smart' but if he was passionate about a subject he did everything in his power to learn all he could.
He graduated college and his parents gave him the rights to the family business. They tried to leave town after they felt he had settled into his new role as the shop owner. On their way out of town, they lost control of their car and passed away in the hospital a few days later. Gideon took his time to grieve them and does his best to honor their memory, but he celebrates their lives more than he mourns the loss of them because he knows that is as they would want him to act.
Gideon is low energy, high spirits. He's mellow in an exciting way. He has a bad boy aura but the heart of a big ol' teddy bear. He loves the world and treats everyone as family, but doesn't advertise that fact as it makes him feel overly gushy.

Childhood Rozene grew up in an impoverished neighbourhood near the ocean. Her father left when she was young, leaving her with her mother, who was a drunk. She always went to the cove that became her sanctuary and soon her home, after her mother discovered drugs and overdosed. One day, she tried to drown herself, unable to cope with the thought of being alone. She had no money to her name, unable to contact her father. However, at that age of twelve, when she felt the air finally escape her lungs. She was breathing normally again, when she blinked she saw scales beneath her. Rozene passed out before she realised what she truly was. Surviving that experience, Rozene began to learn about herself, how water is a strength but also a weakness. She is unable to live without it, like her mother was unable to live without alcohol in her life.
Teen Years: Deciding a life for herself, she came across Warwick, arriving after hitchhiking and hearing stories of people like her. She heard a lot of stories of the history of the town, and its people. Supernatural living amongst humans.
Adulthood: Living around the abandoned skatepark and the falls (close to the water), Rozene has not found a place to work or to live. Her only company is herself. While she loves the true self of her, a mermaid, she doesn’t understand how or why it occurred. Often wondering that her mother might have gotten into an addiction problem because, she was a mermaid, trying to cope without water. As such, Rozene gives in to her urges a few times a month in effort to satisfy the thirst. But often, when she does these transformations, she turns rogue, carnivorous. Not like the typical mermaids you’d read in the fairy tales.

lea used to be an imaginative and creative before her father made her realize the world wasn't fairytales. she grew up with being told the real world will eat up up and shit you back out. so she stopped having fun to focus on getting ahead because you you don't get ahead you'll never do well in life. she matured rapidly because of this and can be a buzzkill at times. although, since coming back to warwick she is a mess as everything she was told about her time in warwick as a child was wrong. she had been right and doesn't know how to handle the truth. she a bit lost and is trying to get back the time she lost having fun as she grew up.

But just when she thought maybe things would get better, her dad started to drink, and being a lonely man, he even turned on to his daughter in ways one wouldn’t think a father would do to their own child. She was only eight at the time, and couldn't do anything or go to anyone. This happened for a while, at times he wouldn't even be drunk. But by age nine, her dad had a girlfriend and he didn't touch her. Things started to get better. But because of what her dad did to her, it was hard for her to socialize in school. How could she trust her classmates when she couldn't even trust her own father? When Hannah was twelve, her dad broke up with his girlfriend, and just like before her, he used his daughter for his own pleasure. Hannah started to become depressed again. But she was too scared to do anything because at the end of the day, he was her father. This time, however, it didn't last as long as the first. Her father was with someone else. To help herself, she started to draw. It was a way for her to feel better, her own type of therapy. She did everything she could to make herself happy. Art. Books. Music. In fact, she dyed her hair white to lighten up her mood, and she loved it. High school started for her and things were alright. She wasn't that talkative and she still had trust issues. But she made the best of her time alone by painting and drawing, and she was really good at it. Except her dad broke up again, and this time, he started to abuse Hannah. The worse part was that her father didn't have another girlfriend to distract him. This went on for a while. Her favorite things couldn't help her anymore. She started to use drugs to distract herself. But her dad still sexually abused her, and each time she felt a little more dead. She would spend most of her time out of the house just to avoid seeing her father. She pulled away at school, keeping to herself, and to make matters worse, the curse manifested itself within her. She started to hear people’s thoughts at one point, and she started to think she was going crazy until she learned they were actually real thoughts of other people’s. -Ian's family always knew the truth. They always knew about other species, as half of them lived in the town. They were vampires, and the ones stuck in town did their best to lead normal lives. The ones outside of town kept in touch, and family gatherings were quite interesting. They owned a house on the town line, so half stayed on one half and the other half on the other.
-There was a pretty normal childhood for the young ones. Ian had three older siblings and quite a few younger cousins. It was a big family, and they all had a happy upbringing, always very aware of the town line and careful not to cross. Ian was always into speaking and English, and he ran a popular radio show.
-When he was 20, Ian was attacked. A werewolf with a long-standing grudge against his family came after them. Being the youngest, Ian was the obvious target. The werewolf tore him apart, quite literally. There was only one option. To save his life, his family pushed him over the town line, into Warwick. Of course, once in the town line, their supernatural tendencies kicked in. Being a vampire, Ian was of course immediately healed.
-Unfortunately, his family retaliated against the werewolves for what they had done to him. The battle escalated, and Ian's family was killed during a family gathering he missed because of work. It mean that he was the only survivor.
-He threw himself into his radio show to concentrate, reaching out to do anything and everything he could to distract himself. After thirty years of studying and gaining some doctorates, never aging, he joined the school staff. It is where he has remained, unchanged, still running the radio show, for the last seventy years.

She was educated with a variety of tutors and elite boarding schools, perhaps seeing her parents two or three times a year outside of formal events. As Evangeline immersed herself into her royal role, a secret romance eventually blossomed with her body guard.
Her parents thought she was going to New York City to immerse herself in a different culture before she settled down into married life, but in actuality, she wanted an escape from the rigors and tiresome monotony of her life and finally spend some time with her (secret) boyfriend without being under the eye of her parents. She decided her new last name would become Vanderbilt, and she would buy a historical mansion to cement her status: an old money Vanderbilt who was finally making her debut into New York City society. Her father, as her 17th birthday passed with no notice from her, finally set out to find her. When he discovered she had no intent to return and marry the Prince of Luxembourg, he sent her to Warwick as punishment, to spend her senior year in quite possibly the most boring town in America.
From all her years in boarding school, people feared her already from her status and she exploited that fear to become a classic clique leader. The "Glam Clan" was her clique; a cult of crème de la crème some would venture to say, and she dearly misses the control she held over the student body. Now, Evangeline desires to be queen bee once more at Warwick, but doesn't know how to, with the student body being middle class and average.

However, at the age of eighteen, the curse manifested and before he knew it, white wings sprouted from his back and he had the urge to do good against his will.
