I think it's a girl standing at the top of the stairs with her 2 brothers and sister. Her sister trips and falls down the stairs. One of the brothers reaches out to her but can't catch her. The mother rushes to the girlat the bottom of the stairs. She drives her to a hospital, the closest hospital is a long drive from their house. The kids stay with their aunt. Then there's something about how the brothers really hate each other. Maybe one of them is adopted? Thanks!!!

Thanks Kris. I don't remember many details :/ the kids are young, I think the brothers are 10 or 12 years old. It's in the US, house in the middle of nowhere because the hospital is far away.
