Book Assigned to Wrong Author

Hi, My book Bell, Book, and Camera is assigned to Heather Greene (of whisky fame). We are not the same. Google has somehow linked my book to her and I've tried to get it fixed but it has not happened.

My book is also listed under its working title Witches on Screen (same book cover). Not sure how that happened. Can I get this fixed?
