2019 Reading Challenge?

Hi Everyone,

How do you all feel about continuing in 2019 with a new challenge? I’ve noticed our participation has slowly dropped, so maybe it’s time for something new. What do you all think?

I enjoy the challenge greatly, but it's only my second year of doing it. I like that it requires me to seek out books I may not have read. However, if others would like to try something new, I'm all for that.

I'm definitely up for it! I have stolen one of Book Riot's challenges for some ideas. There are also tons of ideas on Pinterest as I'm sure everyone knows.

We talked about doing a World Literature Challenge, with everyone reading from different countries.

That sounds interesting. I would participate again and I would be happy with something new, although this one has been interesting. Haven't quite read something from each category though.

I'd probably participate no matter what the challenge!

How do you feel about a BINGO Board challenge? I started playing around with this a couple days ago and can post an example soon.

I was thinking there could be several cards, each with a different theme - World Literature, Classics, Top 25 in MCLS, etc.

Would it be really cheesy to rename it READO?

I like the reading challenges - a bingo board sounds fun.

I like the Bingo idea - I want something that is a little flexible - I ran into trouble near the end of the last challenge, and just could not make myself finish it. I'm willing to give READO a go!
