Hi all - this book is not available on Kindle in the US. The one available on Prime is really expensive (hardback). I have it in paperback and I am finished. If anyone would like my copy, I would would happily send it to you. Just message me your address. (it was really good, if you were on the fence about reading it I would recommend it)
