Is the ending satisfactory? Would you have written it differently?

Fonch | 2419 comments I think that yes. I say in other comment that this story reminded powerfuly to the chivary novels especially Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, because the carácter grows, and matures overall thanks to Vicky, and thanks to the defeat.

Lisa Nicholas (lisanicholasphd) | 21 comments I like the ending -- it was very clever of you, Manuel, to find a way for Gonzalo and Vicky both to attain the object of their quest AND to survive it. And I like the way having done so cements their relationship, suggesting that they will share many more adventures (hopefully not so dangerous) in the years to come.

Really they live five adventures together, although in the book third Gonzalo does not appear. My favorite personally are the 1st and the 5st books.

Steven R. McEvoy (srmcevoy) | 149 comments Absolutely. I loved the story and used it as a jumping off point into other works of yours available in English. I loved the story and the whole series.

Bice (bicebeechay) | 111 comments The ending was very satisfying indeed.

Fonch | 2419 comments I think that the autor was right concluding his story with this ending.
