SAME. As I was reviewing these, I kept finding ones I wanted to add/change out. I think I'll play around with my list until November 30th... Maybe plan for as many as I think I like, then narrow it down when we get closer to the new year.

Yea, I have a feeling once I am feeling good about my official challenge options and the rejects I intend to do, I will circle back and start choosing books for others I like, you know, JUST IN CASE!
Thanks for pulling this together Emily. I'm considering how many of the rejects I can cover in the actual list ie I'm going to read Unsheltered for the polarizing/close call prompt (it was recommended on a podcast) but I see it would also work really well for the rejected promo of a book connected to a dwelling. If I can manage that then my eventual reject list should look a little less intimidating. Fingers crossed at least.
And this is why I am doing a Double Rejects Challenge (two prompts per one book). So many fantastic prompts!
Melody wrote: "B-but...there are so many! HOW DOES ONE CHOOSE??"
That's my struggle! I thought I had a list... then I typed out this list and decided to change my list... and now I have a list of 45 that needs to be narrowed to 20.

I have mine down to 27, which is still...too much? I know one of them will be ported over to the main challenge for the "polarizing/close call" prompt, but really, so many of these really captured my imagination that I want to do them all, even if one of those on my shortlist (five books that can make up a poker hand) technically bloats my totals even further...
Bahahaha I have a whole other challenge with my rejects list. Its sitting at 52 prompts :-(I'll just pick and choose as I go I guess.
The way I chose mine was that I first decided that the maximum # was 20. Then, I picked prompts that I was most interested in during the voting process and which I had a specific book or 2 in mind. The fiction/nonfiction prompt I’m leaving open because I didn’t want to plan it. I think it will serendipitously come to me during the year! Who knows what I’ll find interesting next year?
Thank-you for this list. I want to create a whole new challenge from these, but i don't have enough time as it is!!!
