King of Scars question

One person said that the Six Of Crows characters would be in this book. Nina is a definite. It says in the list of characters Nikolai (obviously) and Nina. Who knows about Kuwei though? I can't wait to read though!

I think that is not revealed yet it will be confirm when we will read this book in this january. I am too waiting for this book even cant wait more to read...!
