Mountain Dreams Box Set 1 $4.99
I copied this from her newsletter:
"If you read on Kindle in the US or UK areas, I wanted to tell you about a special series sale I'm so excited to share with you. 😊
(For those who don't have a Kindle or aren't in the US or UK areas, I'm so sorry this particular sale may not work for you! You might want to try the Mountain Dreams Series box set, which is also a great deal.)
If you've missed any of the Wyoming Mountain Tales books, all four of them are on sale this week! Each book is only 99¢ or free if you read in Kindle Unlimited! You see why I'm excited! 😊
I think you'll love the Reid family as much as I do, as well as the horses that play such a big part in their lives."

I'm looking forward to reading it. I saw Candy's review on it a few years back and always meant to grab it up. She said there are hints of Austen in it, if I remember right.

I'm still reading and listening to Austenesque fiction but don't have much time for interacting online right now. I had a break from our beloved genre with my last audiobook and though probably not many here will appreciate this particular one, I thought I'd give it a shout out, just in case. As you may know, the other fandom hat I wear is more of a space helmet, instead of a bonnet. One of the TV series I have to watch is our own homegrown Doctor Who. It celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2013 and a special episode, The Day of the Doctor, was made for that occasion. It's also been written as a novel and released as an ebook and audiobook. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
Doctor Who: The Day of the Doctor
Good to hear from you, Anji!
Sounds like a fun trip planned and no worries that you need to unplug for a while.
Oh, the doctor! Yes, I'm sure you will find some fellow Whovians in this group to enjoy the commemorative book.

Thanks for the heads up on this one Anji. I'm going to get it for my daughter for Christmas. She loves Doctor Who.
I grew up with the very early doctors when the Daleks were harmless looking dustbin type characters but they the scared you know what out of me as a child :):)

Know what you mean about the Daleks, Teresa. I occasionally had nightmares about them even into adulthood! I remember those very early black-and-white days and can still clearly see in my mind's eye their very first appearance on our TV screens. And I am indeed old enough to have seen the very first episode "An Unearthly Child" broadcast on 23rd November 1963!
