I read Brain on Fire My Month of Madness by Susannah Cahalan a few months ago and it was a really powerful look into the mind of madness. It changed the way I see mental disorders and made me realize that so many things are out of peoples control when in situations like this. It was fascinating and eye-opening.

You should! I really loved it. It was so different from anything I had ever read. Really fascinating.
