Is this book only available via subscription to a newsletter?

Currently it's technically available to everyone, but it's priced such that nobody will probably want to buy it. My newsletter subscribers get a 100% discount code. It's distributed via Smashwords:=- https://www.smashwords.com/books/view... Next year I plan of lowering the price or making it perma-free.

this would be sufficient for the book to be considered a valid record as per Goodreads policy (please note that stories only available via subscription to a newsletter, or via a website that requires registration are not considered a valid book record, hence my question)
I added the book to the series page for you.
Please however note that as per Goodreads policy novellas and short stories should be listed using decimals. Therefore I added the book as #0.5 in the series.
