SOLVED. Contemporary romance starts when he reads her diary and writes her a note

I read this definitely within the past five years but probably within the last two or three but I can't seem to find it on my GR shelves, possibly because they're so crowded. I think at the time I read it it was a kindle unlimited book. The hero is a night janitor at the heroines work. I don't remember what her deal was but she had some sort of trauma/was going through a rough time. She left her diary on her desk and after accidentally knocking it off her desk he reads it and feels compelled to write her a positive message. They begin writing notes back and forth until finally they decide to meet. I don't remember much else. I think she was a rape victim maybe and I seem to recall it being a slow burn book. Please help
