Awesome. I'll see you all tomorrow morning at 9:30 beginning with chapter 13 and Josy, I'm still here reading chapter 12.

LMAO! And now I wish I had stopped at the end of chapter 11 for the night. Don't know if having an image of big aliens with a rectum fetish in my head is the best thing before going to sleep, lol!

Seriously my kid was and still is terrified by ET but he'll watch Silent Hill, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Nightmare on Elm Street, anything Zombie or Stephen King without batting an eye. Doesn't bother him in the slightest.

Good morning, Karen :)Soooo..... Both, Simone and I, totally forgot about the very important fact that we returned to standard time (winter time) last night, lol!
We debated this morning if your 9.30 AM now is our 2.30 PM or 4.30 PM. I think it's 2.30 PM so I will be here around this time to see if you are online, lol!
Simone is trying to make it but she may be here a bit later than 2.30 PM. But she finished chapter 12 earlier today so we can all continue with chapter 13.
Now that you are back in O. do you switch to standard time as well? The internet says yes and that it will be done next weekend but it would be great if you could confirm :)

Good morning Josy, I hate time changes. I can't lie that was one of the things I actually liked about Saskatchewan and having said that you are right on all counts...my 9:30 is now your 2:30 and next weekend is when the time change occurs here in Ontario (November 4th at midnight). I am here and we can start if you like or we can wait a bit for Simone to be able to join us, I'm good either way just let me know what you'd like to do.

Oh, before we start - we are half-way through now. What are your thoughts so far? Do you like it?I kinda love it :) It's different. I don't know what I was expecting and I didn't read any reviews but I love the way this book is written, it makes me laugh and also sad, and I love the characters :)

Also on the topic of Badlands, I haven't seen the ones in the US but I've been through the Alberta Badlands and let me just say the scenery is pretty freakin' amazing!
