The title is misleading. lol. I enjoyed the speech. There's only a few things that I don't quite agree. One. Men did get paid more than women but that's like a really long time ago. I'm sure that the myth should be busted by now because I don't see any reasons for a company to not capitalize on the cheaper workforce. Why pay more for men, right?Two. Women aren't just deprived of opportunities. I feel that women give up too easily. Maybe it is harder emotionally for women to make career progress. "The world is a tough place. It would beat us to our knees if we let it." I love this quote from Sylvester Stallone. Instead of telling women to raise their game, we're telling the employers to sympathise on the average women situations. Unfortunately, the world doesn't work that way. I'm not here to criticize women. Just raising some issues. Of course, there's no qualification requirements for entry-level jobs but if women are eyeing for top prize jobs, you better be deserving.
