Thanks Maddison. :) Things are really bad right now. Sorry I can't step up much now. I just do not have it in me mentally or emotionally. Things are just hard and I even took a formal leave of absence from work.

sorry sorry sorry - i have literally been out all werekend between cheer tryouts for my daughter, Christmas shopping and family commitments.

Alright everyone I am going to try an be more active again. Thanks for being patient. I had to take some time off work and then got thrust right back into it at full speed and am pulling even more extra hours (is that possible this time of year?!) to make up for it. But I will try to be more active again (trying to be in a decent mood for the holidays but its gonna be a hard one), but will still need everyone's ideas and help. Now I am off to the spreadsheet to try and make sense of what has been read.
