ETA And if it should be part of the name, which nobility titles are allowed and which aren't?
Recently, 'George Gordon Byron' was allowed to be changed to 'Lord Byron', but only because that is how he is predominantly known and how the majority of his works are published.

In that I don't think Martha Louise is clearly her, yes. Queen Elizabeth has nothing to do with whether she is the reigning monarch, but because "Elizabeth" is confusing.

Personally, I would think that "Märtha Louise" is distinguishing enough, but oh well.

But on some book edition she have just the name for example "Martha louise", and not the two dots over the letter "a" (like this: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...). Could for example this name be changed to Märtha louise, so it not will be so many? At the cover picture she have the princess title on for example this book too, but this is not written in the author felt her at goodreads.
