BInding 13 was 5*, and then another 5*, and another...Now I know why you all loved it. I didn't know it was the same author as The Carter Kids. I've read the first two of that series and liked it, but this one blew me away. I can't wait for Keeper 13.
Also, who thought the mom was absolutely awesome? The one scene, I was laughing so hard and had tears coming down my face. It was just so good!

I finished Blind Kiss
and sadly it wasn't for me. I never connected with characters, the storyline dragged and the ending was super rushed. 😞2**

Jan, I am so bummed because I really thought I would like it. It has past & present timeline, marital strife and forbidden-y aspect I typically love. But the problem was the characters. Ugh! They made me nuts doing same thing over & over. See...I am crabby!! 😉But, I am super happy I read and liked a KA book (for all time fave challenge) so all is not lost.
Yep Motorcycle Man is one of KA's better ones. I'm pretty sure I've read some Renee Carlino a few years ago but not that one. I remember liking them but can't remember much about them. Maybe I should try another one, but perhaps not this one LOL.
I really liked most of her books, the first one being Sweet Thing.

I still don't remember Arsen (the story). I remember I loved it, but I was still under the Thoughtless spell and I don't *think* it made as much of an impression on me as it did everyone else. I wish I could remember!On the other hand, I KNOW I lurved Tristan and Danika, so lucky Michele!!
I'm in a semi-slump. I have about 5 books that I've read less than 50% of, and I want to read Binding 13, but I'm afraid the way I'm feeling will ruin it for me (afraid I'll end up putting it down too). I need a good marital strife book with lots of angst. Those always get me out of my funks!

I think we might be the only people that felt that way. (2** for me too) Arsen seems to be an all time fave of many. I sooooo hate when I don't love a popular book.
