ABANDONED. Crime/Mystery book about a boy who is a terrorist and looks for his kidnapped sister

I’m looking for a book about a boy who is framed for stealing a diamond when he was a child. When he gets out of prison he looks for his missing sister and finds out that she was involved with some sort of mafia or something similar. To find and save her he has to work with the mafia people and was forced to blow up a train station. Later he goes to a restaurant and holds the owners hostage for some reason, I think the owner’s daughter was in a wheelchair. His parole officer’s (or something like that) ex-husband also helps him. I read this book between 2015-2017, I can't quiet remember.
