Hey! I have no idea as to what to do for the classrooms.
In the show there are 4 classes for 1st years however it never mentions how many are for the 2nd and 3rd years.

Alright, Yuki, Xander and I need an outside opinion. Xander and I have discussed the personal IS units and the context of the stuff. And after looking at the lore, we have come to a conclusion; each member could have one single character with a Personal IS unit, but in the entire group, there would be only 3 Personal IS units with an AI core. So basically, the AI scans the brain of a potential user and can accept or reject the user, which would put extreme limits on who could have one. So one Personal per user, but only three personals in the group with an AI. What do you think?

As far as classrooms. Let's have two classes per year for starters. We'll add more classrooms if we get 15+ members or double.

Right. I have a question, though, about the design of the IS units. DO they have to like in the series where it's basically just mechanical limbs attached to your hands and feet or can it be a full body mech suit? (Serious design question before I totally screw up)

That depends on the IS's function and weaponry. If it was like artillery based I could understand armor. Though for males. I'd say they get to be tony stark and females with personal IS or IS-AI units.

I'm not sure what to do abouth the shield, though. Everything else fits what I'm looking for, I just can't find it without the shield

That can be a built in shield. Just that when it's deployed there would have to be a speed decrease since a giant shield would produce some drag.

ANd also, I kinda had this FMA style idea where Jo and the guy who repairs her IS when it's busted fight a lot. So, like middle of battle, some guy points a gun to her head. "Hell no, if I break this Jack'll kill me!"

I like the personality, just not holding gun to head stuff. The students are knit tightly with security protocols regarding life-threatening biz.
