Hunter Killer question

Anyone else disappointed with the editing? I read this on Kindle where it is published by an outfit called Endeavour. I am not sure this title is published by anyone else, such as in paperback, which is such a shame, as it is a really good yarn and deserves decent editing. This read like a self-published book. Does anyone know more about how this book came to be published and why the production values are so poor?
