According to the author's website, that book is contained within the book

Therefore it shouldn't be on GR as a separate book.

It is no longer available on Amazon. But it was there, and imported from there. It should not be deleted, but we no longer have a source to get a page count from either.

#17, #24 confirmed and done#25, I updated details for the paperback edition, added a cover, and cleaned up the author's profile by merging some books.
But i couldn't find a confirmation for the kindle edition, and though the physical book has 432 pages, pagination can differ significantly in digital formats, so i need a confirmation for that format specifically.
