Creating a flock is for more experienced members as you'll need to meet a few requirements in order to create one.
FLOCK CREATION REQUIREMENTS 1. Must have read and signed the rules! 2. Have at least one approved character of any species that is old enough to run the flock. 3. Have at least 5 characters from OTHER members(not you!) who will be joining the flock. 4. Have high activity.
