1. I will put up Nominations threads at the end of each month to be open for the 1st through the 7th. (End of Oct to begin nominating DECEMBER books, for example.) These threads will remain open until midnight on the 7th.
2. Next, I will put up POLLS that will remain open until midnight on the 14th. The TOP TWO vote-getters will be the BOTM for the following month.
1. Any books you suggest should be available in translation to English, or written in English by a local. Or at the very least, written by someone who is connected to the country in some way. (lived there temporarily, for example)
2. Please check all books that you suggest to know they are readily available for a reasonable cost.
3. You are free to start threads as you wish, but please be sure you aren't duplicating other threads.
