Sumit, they were already done because I was halfway through combining them.

Whenever you see combine at the beginning of a title it is because that is the only way to combine the editions.

But thank you for removing combine, because that is the last step.

Ohh. I too wondered as the editions were already combined, but there was no update on this thread. And, then I saw combine at the beginning of the title; so, removed it. Thanks.

In that sort of situation, it is a good idea to check the book's edit logs to see if there are any recent edits. If there are, it implies someone is working on it.
