Never did understand why there is a tradition for reserving the roast just for Sunday..i'm always happy to have one on anyday!

Because most folk couldn't afford to have a full Roast Dinner more than once a week. We had Spag Bol tonight so I owe Dad his Roast Dinner tomorrow now ;o>
