Unfortunately I never read it, I checked it out through overdrive about 4-5 months ago and then forgot about it. I can't find it in my history, and I've searched through hundreds of fantasy pages on the website to try and find it with no luck. I think that the cover was mainly focused on a woman walking through or lying in a body of water, and I know it was drawn and not a photo.

Nevermind, I found it, it's called Dreamer's Pool by Juliet Marillier, and it wasn't quite what I remembered the description as. It's a magical healer and her former prison-mate hired by a prince, so I got that right. Except instead of finding a woman, they need to find some way to get rid of her since the prince basically got catfished personality wise, and she would be a terrible queen.
