On the group's homepage, there is a section called Challenges. There should be one called Fall Three Month Challenge. If you click it, you'll be able to enter a shelf name, and every time you read a book from it, it'll count toward the challenge.

When you add them to your shelf, they count.

To post them in here, you just click the "add book/author" button at the top of the comment bar and search for it. Make sure you have the book cover button clicked.
