In terms of the print version, Amazon.com was the first to show the book as available. It took less than 24 hours. It showed up on Amazon.co.uk a few days later, and took almost a week to get onto Amazon.ca and some of the other international sites.
The digital version took a bit longer, almost 3 days. And they did NOT enable Search Inside automatically so I'm now trying to go through that process - it's a bit of a mess because Amazon likes to do everything through KDP and IngramSpark doesn't really seem to be using that process.
Let me know if this helps.

I want to use Ingramspark for bookstores and libraries, but I want an online location to direct potential buyers to. I know bookstores have access to catalogues, but I would like an additional channel. (There's ipage at Ingram, but without an account, it's just the login page.)
What I'd like to know, really, is if there is an online version of catalogues Ingram puts out.
