ABANDONED. Help me find this book???

I met A African American lady at a Book store I think in the 90’s or 2000 she was having a Book Signing of her New Book She wrote about her Life, True Story “of Survival , She was in Abusive Relationship I think back in the 70’s and he beat her, and abused her, When she thought she was strong enough to leave, Her Abussive Boyfriend poured lighter fluid on her and set her on fire, and left her to Die, she lived to tell about it, and Wrote This Book she Contributed her being alive as a Godly gift, it was a paperback book, it had Flames on the front cover (orange and red )and I think a silloette, of a person (Just there black silloette) in the flames , I’ve tried everything I know to locate this old book I read, and would love to read it again, Please If Posible?, HELP ME FIND THIS BOOK. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

Do you know where the book signing was? A Barnes and Noble? Big city or smaller town? Because if it was a smaller town I would look up announcements in newspapers (or anything) of authors being in that town to do book signings.
