Plot:
Scifi novel. Planet Colonization. Except there is this creature that makes the population angry and then feeds off that anger. The one's that are surviving are meditating in order to control their emotions. I briefly also remember reading about sword use. That is all I remember and it is driving me crazy. I want to say it’s pre-2000’s.
