Nice Alpha hero

I am looking for a book with a nice and strong personality hero. - for me jerk hero equals weak personality - The hero must be mature with good understanding so no long misunderstood plots please -at least from his part-.

Most HP heroes are alpha's and jerks, can't seem to have one without the other. If you like historicals you should give Julie Garwood a try - her heroes are so alpha they're at serious risk of imploding from the concentration of testosterone in their bodies, but never intentionally cruel.

Thank you very much. I’ll read every one of what you recommend, even with the immature heroine. I don’t like them but since nice hero is rare I will give it a chance.
