Hi i emailed good reads earlier to explain i havent been able to update my reading progress and i like to due to having kids taking my bookmarks out all the time but it says 0 so wont let me update. They said they fixed it but still cant update.

All editions have a page count listed, so there is nothing librarians can do.

ETA Could it be you have the wrong edition on your shelves? With a Kindle edition you wouldn't use physical bookmarks. If you have the paperback edition, try switching to that and see if you can update then.
