I finished one of my Netgalley's that I stated last month. Think I can still get like 1 or 2 points for it though.

Worse than that...... Although most of it is because when I first started blogging I was told that it was rare to be approved. SO I went crazy requesting several hundred books. I should have been told rare to decline of ratio is good...

Ah. KK. I only joined this year? Last year? I can't remember now. I think only this year. So I got a bit behind when I went crazy but then I didn't request for a while. I have this shelf I have to read still.

I wish. Mine is over 400 books to read. Again I was REALLY bad my first year. I am better at keeping up an rarely request anymore until I make a dent. I have a self placed rule of must post at 3 reviews for past requests before making 1. Even if denied. To at least help me catch up a bit.

I think it helps me sometimes on Netgalley since there is no Canadian site so sometimes the UK likes me and sometimes the US likes me. But mostly it doesn't help. :(
Whelp today was not a good reading day. I did get The Queen's Wing done and I got some of Before She Ignites done. I also found some of the books I need to read. Still missing a few though. :/

There are some Canadian publishers on there as well. I think they prefer Canadians but they are also just not as picky as some of the others. 😝

I miss blogging in some ways but with the privacy changes that I don't even fully get and all the coding it was too much to keep trying. I am now trying youtube/booktube now. Need to do more videos but with a temp live-in house guest the past 6 weeks I have no privacy to film! Not sure how the change will effect my approvals though. Especially until I get followers/views.

I just right clicked on the bookcover on goodreads to copy image. Then pasted it. :)

Figured out how to add it to my profile on here. That's all the 'advertising' I will do for it right now. Don't want to spam anywhere and annoy people.
I have never heard of a copyright issue for that, since what you are sharing is the book. The only thing you claim is the review. Not the book itself.

I think I had between 75-100 followers before adding mine to netgalley.

My twitter was started for my blog. I rarely use it. I have a bookish secretsister exchange I do there and I share mostly bookish/tv/movie things but I don't get personal there unless I know the person. But I get the privacy thing. :) But the bloglovin widget at least is a good option
