Question about HOW to get into narration.

HI all! I have been lucky enough to fall into editing from reviewing, and it has given myself and my husband a much bigger appreciation for audio books as an art. He used to read to me, when our babies were babies, and now he rads for co-workers. I'm looking for advise on how one gets into narrating for authors. I know how to get to review or edit books or audio books, but not how one becomes a narrator.

Anyone know how a new narrator gets started?
