Oraon poured another glass and drank it down. "Nor do you know about betray by the most trusted family," he slurred and looked at her. "Your very hot when your angry, it's like you light up with fire, your whole body really and the black clothes make it stand out so much more," he said, very very much past just being shitfaced drunk. "She was the only woman I will ever love, my soulmate...eh yes and she was gunna have our child soon, wanted to be surprised when it came if it was a baby boy or girl," he said rather dreamily before he got a very angry look on his face. "Then, then they came and ruined of all, tore everything appart. Torcured her first I tell you, cut the baby right out of her and torched it. Damned family...I paid them ten fold what they did to her, they burned the whole place down too," he said, his eyes clouded. "Teas my parents that killed her, I was furious...They made me watch her but I couldn't, I had to close my eyes, so angry at myself, so angry couldn't hold it in at all. Went mad I did, killed the lot of them. The bloody lot didnt deface to live, neither family did, was the hate between them that did it, and it was hate I used to destroy them all," his voice slurred and he snarled and risked at intervols, his voice tightening and then growing large again before he sat there, grabbing the whole bottle of Gin and then chugging the whole bottle. He didn't want to remember, he really didnt. Once the bottle was empty he thre it across the room and then got up, singing rather loudly and boisterous as he started toward the kitchen but then stumbled and fell on his face, not moving at all where he fell. He just laid there, completely passed out on the floor.

Furious and completely non-sympathetic, Sierra opened her mouth to respond. But he was already passed out on the floor, so she was smart enough to just not even bother with it. She rolled her eyes and stretched out on the couch with a faint yawn, taking a drink of her whiskey. She was getting tired now. Silently debating whether or not to go upstairs to the bed, Sierra took a drink. And another. And another. And in no time the bottle was empty. She had decided she wanted to go upstairs, but this couch was getting more and more comfortable by the minute.... When Sierra drifted off, she was curled up around her empty bottle.

Oraon woke to the sun sizzling his skin uncomfortably across his hand. He leaned up on his elbows with a tired look on his face and then grunted as he rubbed his face. He stood, a little woozy and stiff muscles from lying on the floor all night. He glanced around and then saw Sierra curled up on the couch and he couldn't help but smile. He leaned over the back of the couch before taking a swig from a small bottle in his pocket and then slipped it back in before looking down at her. He gently reached down and and brushed the hair from her face, a small delicate smile still on his face. "The resemblance is extraordinary," he said under his breath.

Sierra stirred slightly at his touch. It took her maybe point zero three seconds to grab his wrist tightly and sit bolt upright, obviously paranoid. Then she groaned and flopped back down on the couch, releasing him. The bottle bounced slightly as she hit the couch and fell to the floor, slowly rolling away. She didn't seem too concerned as she rolled over onto her side again, back to Oraon. She also didn't even seem hungover.

message 105: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon pulled his hand back and then grinned. "You finished of my whiskey I see," he said as he rubbed his face and stared down at her. He poked her cheek then in a bit of a playful manor, obviously still a little drunk before he stomach growled very loudly. He looked over Sierra, his eyes falling onto her neck as they flickered red for a ment before he closed them and pulled back away from the couch. "Come on, you need to shower," he said as he moved around to the other side of the couch. With out warning he picked her up and threw her over his shoulder so he was carrying her like a sack over his shoulder as he turned towards the hall and started up the steps to the second floor.

Sierra yelped as she was flung over his shoulder and struggled, really not liking the vulnerability of the position. She squirmed and wriggled through his grasp, landing on the floor behind him. She was on her feet instantly though, and she crossed her arms angrily as she glared at Oraon's back. But she did follow him to the bathroom despite not wanting to.

message 107: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon stopped when she fell onto the floor but when he noticed she was still following he lead her to his room and over to the bathroom. "Go ahead and get started undressing or whatever you girls like to do to get ready to bath," he said as he went over to a bag and then pulled out clothes for her and set them on the bathroom sink. "I'm going to be napping in the room, so take however long you want. Take a bath and soak for all I care," he chuckled and then pushed her into the bathroom. He closed the bathroom door behind her and made his way to the bed before collapsing on the blankets.

Sierra turned on the water, testing the temperature and adjusting until it was perfect. She stripped and slowly stepped into the shower, sighing slightly. Their showers had always been cold. About twenty minutes and a pound of dirt later, she stepped out. Now there wasn't dirt caked in her hair and under her fingernails and all over her everything. She dried her hair with a towel and redressed, stepping out in a cloud of steam. She sighed slightly, throwing the towel over the bar in the shower before jumping up and sitting on the bed.

message 109: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon groaned hen he felt weight shirt on the bed and then he picked up a pillow and stuck it over his head. Then he stopped and sniffed deep, noticing how much he smelled like alchahol compared to the smell of clean Sierra. He grumbled and then sat up slowly, putting his chin in his hand as he leaned up onto his elbow and looked over her. "You look nice clean," he said with a small smile and raised eyebrows. "And you smell nice now," he added.

"Oh thank you." Sierra said sarcastically, rolling her eyes. Like she really cared what anyone- and especially a Vampire Master- thought! She flopped down onto her back on the bed, making the springs squeak slightly, not from her weight, but from the force of her throwing herself down. And now she was bored. She sighed, crossing her arms as she glared at the ceiling.

message 111: by [deleted user] (new)

He watched her flop onto the bed and then he got up. "Gunna take a kick shower,...don't move," he chuckled before he grabbed clean dark black jean shorts alibg with boxers before he entered the bathroom and shut the door behind him. His shower was a lot quicker then hers and when he was done he didn't put in a shirt, coming out if the bathroom and threw his clothes in the dirty clothes basket he had as the steam followed from the bathroom. He walked around the room, scratching his chest as he yawned; glancing at the couch then the bed.

Sierra was half asleep by the time he got out. She stirred just slightly as she heard him emerge, but she didn't really care that much. She murmured slightly in her sleep, rolling over again away from him uneasily. Whatever she was dreaming about, it wasn't pleasant.

message 113: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon frowned, furrowing his eye brows and then crawled into the other side of the bed, keeping his eyes on her at all times. He lean over her slightly, little brushing her hair back from her face. "Easy, it's just a dream," he said soothingly as he leaned close enough that if she rolled back towards him she'd run into his chest.

message 114: by KT (new)

KT (queenlykt) | 1004 comments Mod
Sierra flinched away from his touch- which, in all honesty, wasn't unusual for her. At all. In fact, it was her usual thing. She went to move away from him, but in her sleep and confusion she went the wrong way and ran into his chest. Her eyes flew open and she was awake in an instant, staring around in confusion. She moved away from him just seconds after she woke, shooting him a hard look as she sat up in the bed.

message 115: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon looked over her, holding his breath as she ran into him and then frowning when she woke up and pretty much flinched back away from him. He laid back down on the bed with a defeated sigh and the sat up in bed, pulling off his shorts, leaving just his boxers before he pulled the covers up and crawled under them. "I'm not sleeping in the couch again so deal with it," he said as he pulled the pillow he was using under his head, his back facing her, the covers slightly pulled back to reviel the magificiant tattoo of a fair in his back that almost looked brand new but was actually really old. "I'm not going to do anything to you, least not when you haven't done anything, so so don't really understand why you pull away," he said as he stayed facing away from her.

message 116: by KT (new)

KT (queenlykt) | 1004 comments Mod
"Try being an even slightly attractive female in the cells for a while." Sierra snorted at him, moving away. She didn't notice the defeated tone to his sigh, and she wouldn't have really cared even if she had. She rolled over so her back was to her master, moving the blankets back to slide under the covers. She stayed as far away from him as she could get, grateful for all-purpose and comfortable yoga pants. She could keep all her clothes on. And she wasn't thrilled he had to take his off, even just that little bit.

message 117: by [deleted user] (last edited Sep 03, 2014 11:15PM) (new)

Oraon grunted at what she said and looked over his shoulder to see her. "It must have been harder for you then, since your pretty damn attractive," he said and then quieted for a long time before he rolled over, the bed cracking slightly as he rolled over. He slipped his hand around her waist and laid close behind her, but other then that he didn't move. "Don't struggle or fight against me," he warned rather calmly as he kept his arm around her waist and let his eyes close, breathing gently before opening his eyes to stare at the back of her head.

Sierra stayed quiet at first. She wasn't going to thank him for his compliment, but she had always hated the girls in books who were totally gorgeous and had like five guys chasing them, yet were still convinced they were ugly. She wasn't going to be one of those girls, even without the whole five-guys part. Sierra Lynn Adams was no cliche. When his arm went around her waist she stiffened and started to try and squirm away, but she wasn't that dumb. She subsided, though she was still tense.

message 119: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon watched her squirm just a bit before going still and he couldn't help but smile a little bit. He could still feel how tense she was under his hand and he continued to watch the back of her head. He leaned his head towards her, his breathing moving her hair gently before he kissed the back of her neck gently and then pulled away, his hand moving away from her as he rolled back over to face away from her. "That'll do for now," he said calmly before he took a deep breath and scooted more away from her to give her room in the large bed.

KT (queenlykt) | 1004 comments Mod
Sierra was tense the whole time, but she flinched especially hard when he kissed the back of her neck. She took full advantage of the opportunity to escape, rolling away to curl up as far from him as she could get and still be on the bed. "I'm not some abused horse you can tame with treats and only pushing a little at a time." She snapped.

message 121: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon shrugged his shoulders. "It seems to be working well enough...A little at a time but I think your warming up to me. Some ones got to show you that Dhampires have a soft side to them," he said as he continued to face away from her. "Especially with what I want to have happen when you do start to accept me," he said under his breath.

message 122: by KT (new)

KT (queenlykt) | 1004 comments Mod
"No. No, they don't I'm not going to go all racist and say that all Vampires are evil, but trust me. The people I got visited by?" Sierra snorted, staring at the wall as if she could burn a hole through it with just a look. "Trust me. There's nothing soft about the guys I had to learn to live with daily." She snapped, finally closing her bright green eyes but not relaxing.

message 123: by [deleted user] (last edited Sep 04, 2014 05:40AM) (new)

Oraon chuckled. "Well, I'm gunna say now that I'm not your normal Master. I do have a soft side. If I didn't I would have forced myself on you already," he said. It wasn't exactly the sweetest thing to say but it was true, he hadn't. He stayed facing away from her, his eyes closing. "You'll warm up to me aventually," he added in a low tone before he started to doze off.

Sierra rolled her eyes again. "The only reason you haven't done anything is because I look like your Sophie." She pointed out, her voice sharp. She wasn't a genius, but Sierra wasn't stupid by any means. She was so far away from him now that it looked like she could fall of the bed at any moment, but she didn't react to it. She resolutely ignored it, closing her eyes as she faced away from him.

message 125: by [deleted user] (new)

He chuckled. "You may look like her but you act nothing like her. If anything I could say your personality is a lot better then her's. In a way I think I prefer you over Sophia which is rather intresting," he said as he rolled over. When he saw she was about to fall off the bed he grabbed her around her waist and pulled her back towards him so she didn't fall off the bed. He shook his head, chuckling softly as he sat up and then leaned on the head board. "You almost fell off you know," he chuckled and then looked away from her, glancing at the couch. "I'll give you one more night by yourself," he said as he crawled over to the bed and took his pillow with him. He plopped down onto the couch and stretched out on it.

Sierra didn't spread out though. She curled up, still against the same side of the bed. She was silently grateful for his movements, really not wanting to fight with him all night. She closed her eyes again, curling up tightly against her pillow. "I know. I'm not an idiot." She snarled sleepily.

message 127: by [deleted user] (new)

He chuckled, smiling at what she said. "I never said you where and idiot," he called back to her and ten he pulled the blanket he had in the couch over him, groaning a bit as he laid on the couch.

"Oh, it was implied." Sierra said almost cheerfully. She closed her eyes and basically forced herself to drift off.
((short but...))

((Morning skip time))

Oraon woke up rather early at a time he usually wouldn't. He got up from the couch and then slowly treaded across the floor towards the bed, grabbing his phone and flipping it open as he looked over it since he had been sleeping. He sighed when he saw he didn't have any calls or messages from Raven. He glanced at the bed then and saw Sierra's sleeping shape. He silently wondered if he could sneak into bed without her noticing but he guessed that he probably couldn't.

Sierra stirred slightly, muttering again. She twitched as she rolled over onto her side, her ginger hair splayed across the pillow and some stuck to her cheek from where she had laid on it. Another string of uneasy murmurs rose, no specific words audible.

message 131: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon moved over to her side of the bed and then stared at her, his head tilting to the side slightly. He was very intrested by her mumbling and then he knelt by the bed. He stared at her, trying to make out what she was muttering as he out his arms softly onto the bed. "Sierra?" he questioned quietly before he put his hand in her shoulder gently.

In one swift motion the gladiator had grabbed Oraon by the wrist and flipped him onto his back even as she sat bolt upright, gasping. She released him the instant she was fully awake and just sat for a moment, fighting to get her breath back. After a deep breath, she brushed the hair from her face, seeming almost normal now. Well, as normal as she ever got.

message 133: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon didn't even know what happened tell he was on his back on the floor, nor did he understand how he got there but his back was throbbing from the force of being flipped. He just laid there and stared up at the ceiling before he frowned and sat up, his skin scratching against the carpeted floor. "What the hell was that about?!" he hollered at her, very unamused and starting to get a but sore.

KT (queenlykt) | 1004 comments Mod
"Hey, you're the one who woke me up!" Sierra snapped at him harshly, crossing her arms angrily as she glared down at him. "I'm bad enough when I'm awake. You thought I'd be nice asleep? Hell, I didn't know who you were!" She hissed viciously, jumping up from the bed.

message 135: by [deleted user] (new)

He got up slowly. He dusted his skin off and fixed his boxers before walked behind her. "You where talking in your sleeps bed being restless; it didn't seem like there was anything good happening. I was just trying to make sure you where okay," he said as he picked up a picture frame she knocked over. He put it back into the table and then he looked back at his dresser before he glanced at the time and groaned. "I still have a full hour left before I have to do anything," he said as he turned and then plopped face first onto the bed, hanging of the side of it before he crawled to the side he normally slept in and then he laid out on it, propping his head up with his arms.

KT (queenlykt) | 1004 comments Mod
"Oh joy." Sierra snarled flatly, crossing her arms as she practically hurled herself back onto the bed. She resolutely turned her back to him, seeming completely unafraid of him. In truth, she was only partially afraid. She knew by now that he wouldn't hurt her since she was too much like Sophie, yet instinct warred against her. Turning her back on anyone was bad enough, let alone a male, or a vampire. And too make matters worse, he was all of the above. Plus a Master. Plus really cruel.

message 137: by [deleted user] (new)

He glanced over her shoulder, his jaw clenching as he sat up and then stared down at her. His muscles flexed as he moved forward and then lightly put his hand on her shoulder and turned her, keeping a good grip on her shoulder before he started to move over her. He leaned down a d then kissed her neck softly, his muscles hard and taunt ready to push her back if she tried to push him away.

message 138: by KT (new)

KT (queenlykt) | 1004 comments Mod
Sierra already had a bad feeling about this as she felt his grip on her shoulder. The petite girl was already tense as he turned her around to face him, and it just got worse as he moved. Her wary gaze sharpened to a harsh glare in an instant as she shoved at his chest, doing her best to move him away. But strength had never been her strong suit- no pun intended- and he was a vampire.

message 139: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon felt her push at his chest and he could feel her nails on his bare skin but at this point he didn't care. "We both know you don't have the strength to do that," he said as he grabbed her hand and then pinned it to the bed beside her as he kissed her neck again, a small smile on his face. He grinned slightly and then used his other hand to softly stroke her cheek with the back of his hand. He leaned forward and ten pressed his lips to hers, kissing her lightly and extremely gently despite what he seemed to be doing. He kissed her passionately as much as he could think she would stand before he pulled away and then sat up and then he turned and slid off the bed. Cleared his throat and then went to the dresser as she started to pull out clothes for himself. "It can wait," he mumbled.

message 140: by KT (new)

KT (queenlykt) | 1004 comments Mod
Sierra fought against him tooth and nail the entire time, snarling lowly and spewing strings of curse words at him as she tried to shove him away. She pulled away, the kiss being the worst part of all of this. That was, for her, the ultimate insult. She could deal with everything else, but a kiss was supposed to be sweet, like you actually cared for the person. Not this. She finally yanked away, gasping slightly. "You're damn right it can wait!" She shrieked, already on her feet and as far away from him as possible in the room. "You'll be waiting until I'm dead!"

message 141: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon chuckled as she spoke. He got dressed completely and then stretched his arms over his head. "It can be arranged, though, you wouldn't stay dead for very long," he said before he rolled his shoulders and then touched his lips. He looked at her and noticed how angry she looked, and the disgust on her face. He frowned and then got an anger look on his face. "Now see here, that kiss was completely sincere," he said in a determined tone. "I'm trying to be as gentle as I can with you but you won't have any of it," he snapped.

message 142: by KT (new)

KT (queenlykt) | 1004 comments Mod
"That was sure as hell not gentle. When the girl is, oh, you know, fighting against you, no matter what you do that's not gentle." Sierra snapped at him, crossing her arms furiously. She glared at him, seeming even angrier then when they had first met and he had thrown her across the room and into the wall.

message 143: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon growled. "Your always fighting against me," he fired back. He grumbled as he looked her up and down almost seeming like a cornered dog. "Fine, I'm sorry for kissing you," he said in a calmer voice as he glared strait back at her. He stuffed his hands into his pockets rather then crossing his arms though. He continued to glare at her and then his phone rang and drew his attention. He pulled it out of his pocket and flipped it open before answering it and turning away from her. He didn't seem very happy about what the phone call was about but he did seem to relax a bit as he closed his phone and shoved it back into his pocket. He turned back towards her and then tilted his head a bit. "Want to see your new room?" he asked her.

message 144: by KT (new)

KT (queenlykt) | 1004 comments Mod
"Kind of the point." Sierra snapped in response to his comment about her always fighting. Then, at his next comment, she stilled. She studied him for a long moment in a slightly different light, blinking slowly. Then she nodded slightly. "Atleast I'll be able to sleep by myself." She snorted slightly and strode after him and out of the room. Almost instantly a shriek of shock and pain sounded, quickly cut off. Raven folded her arms as she stood over the now passed out Sierra, eyes narrowed as she glared at the doorway where she knew Oraon would appear any moment.

message 145: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon nodded slowly at what she said and then watched her leave the room. He picked up a piece of paper of the desk to write down anything she wanted to add to her room. thats when he heard the small shriek and then his head lifted. "Sierra?" he called before he exited the room and then stopped in the door way as he saw Raven standing their. He looked down and saw her standing over Sierra and he snarled quietly. "You didn't have to knock her out to get my attention. I'm guessing your here for your other half of the twenty thousand dollar payment?" he question with a slight snarl to his voice as he glanced from Sierra on the ground to Raven. In the back of his mind he was hoping Raven hadn't killed her, and he was wondering if Sierra was going to be fine after wards; for all he knew she might think he was the one that knocked her out.

"Oh, but this way is the fastest." Raven said in a conversational tone, examining her nails. "Well, yes. I do want my money..." She trailed off, her eyes snapping to his face as she snarled lowly, her fangs sliding out. "And revenge." She hissed, taking a threatening step forward. She stepped over Sierra without pause, using one foot to roll the unconscious redhead back behind her again, her glare never leaving Oraon.

message 147: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon growled but her threatening step towards him didn't phase him. "Revenge for what Raven?" he questioned snarling as he looked down at Sierra. When she used her foot to roll Sierra behind her his whole body tensed and he had to consciously lock his muscles up so he didn't spring at Raven. "We both now you can't beat me in a fight, you may be older but we both know it would at least come down to a tie. I'll give you the money you've earned, then you need to leave," he said, his eyes narrowing at Raven as his body turned just slightly to a fighting position just in case. He took a roll of money out of his back pocket and then set it onto a decorative table to the right of him along the hallway wall just before the staircase started.

"You told me that the girl was only guarded by two boys." Raven reminded him, looking up at him fearlessly. "Instead, I go there to find two boys, two girls, an ancient, oh, and my father." She snarled. She noted the tenseness that arrived only in reaction to Sierra and a wicked smile slowly curved her lips up.

message 149: by [deleted user] (new)

Oraon was confused what he thought and he came to the realization of what must have happened. "When I last got information on her she was only guarded by the Master of the Brightheart's house and that boy Hector, I didn't know about the others," he stated as he looked over her. Then he noticed her wicked smile and his heart sped up, a darker growl coming from his chest. "Get away from her," he growled, his voice dark as his eyes shifted from their ice cold blue to red.

"Ah ah ah." Raven admonished him, shaking her head as she noted his eye color changing. "You might be able to possibly tie with me, but...." In the blink of an eye she now stood holding Sierra up in front of her. "Do you really want to risk your little friend doing it?" She asked him, raising an eyebrow.
