Story Time for Kids: A Collection of Short Stories for Children, Especially Enjoyable with a Cup of Hot Chocolate

In this age of high-tech communication and social interaction, the words "like", "follow", and "fan" no longer bear any resemblance to their original definitions. More often than not, they now mean: If you say that you like me or something I've done, I'll say that I like you or something you've done. - If you say that you're are a fan of mine and follow my posts, I'll say that I'm a fan of yours and follow your posts. Whether or not the parties involved actually are what the claim to be or intend to do what they indicate no longer matters. The words have, therefore, lost credibility; so few take them seriously.
There are many effective marketing tools: Professionally designed and maintained product websites, intelligent and provocative blogs, press releases, book signings, and polished , professionally delivered presentations at literary conventions and fairs, book stores, book clubs, and public libraries. They often result in a significant surge in sales. "Liking" someone or something on a social website seldom, if ever, does.

I am happy to help you in any way I can just let me know! I am happy to exchange books for reading and reviewing too! My facebook author page is www.facebook.com/ADSeymour Please like it and message me, I will be happy to like you back :)
Best wishes and good writing, Alysia
Thanks for an attractive and informative author page. Your ideas seem creative and thoughtful and I, for one, am certainly looking forward to reading more. Novels that are drawn from 'scientific revolutions', like genetic modification of DNA, have a broad base that can help make them very real, even when they are in the genre of fantasy.
I think you are wise to market your books with other authors even before they are released. They provide both insight and they open up a rich marketplace. You seem to have given this project some worthwhile thought and that can't do you too much harm.
I have an author's page that has been built out of writing serials. There are three books that are available now on Amazon (the Kindle versions are only $1.99) as well as a complete book and a work-in-progress. There is also a blog and a number of short stories. Perhaps you'd like to have a look at that page, it's at:

I think, if we're going to do interviews, that we need to interview each other, because your background sounds very interesting in itself. Thanks again for posting to goodreads!
All the best,
