Change Language and "Top" Edition?

1) Change Language and Description
Could you change the language for

from english to german and add the (german) description instead of the english like it is in this edition?

2) Is it possible to change the top/main/original edition?
If you follow the Link "all editions" you get "Editions of Ravens, Kinfolgk and Foul Play" and that link leads to
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

In this rare case the German edition seems to be the original version* and the english is the translation. So it should be "Editions of Tod im Tower" and lead to https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... (or an other german edition)
*(All the other books in the series are german and not available in english as far as I have seen - and the main part of the authors homepage is german as well)

Is ist possible to change that?

I edited the description and language field. The default edition is the most popular edition or the author can set the default edition, librarians can't change the default edition.

Changed the language and description. I'm afraid we can't change the default edition; it is based on the number of shelvings. The author could change it herself, as she has claimed the profile, but regular librarians cannot.
