October Daye Series Missing Specific Short Stories

Hi!

I noticed that two short stories in the October Daye series (by Seanan McGuire) are missing from the series list. They are:
Dreams and Slumbers
Rat-Catcher

Dreams and Slumbers should be added as #10.1 (Since it appears in the back of #10, Once Broken Faith)
Rat-Catcher should be added between the current 7.1 (Never Shines the Sun) and 7.2 (Forbid the Sea), per the author's website: http://seananmcguire.com/tobyshorts.php

As Dreams and Slumbers was never published separately (from what I can tell), it should be merged with the novel in which is appears.

Likewise Rat-Catcher, should be merged with A Fantasy Medley 2.
