Per GR guidelines book in hand has primacy.

Also change format as requested.

Also, I wonder if The Book Depository is an authoritative reference for GR librarians?

I'm not really sure what we're waiting for here, so I'd appreciate some eluciadtion on that point. I mean, the format change should be easy. But about verifying, what's to verify, if all other sources say it's not 437 pages and my book in hand says it is, then GR guidelines says go with 437.
