The Nanny question

A while back I read a book about a nanny living with the mother but the father lives across from them - I think. They begin an affair but she doesn't know he's the dad. The mother doesn't really like child and she might be a model? Anyone know this? I think I read it on kindle unlimited but going through my lists I can't match it up.
