"Shh. Shh," Logan whispered, holding back his laughter still.
The teacher cleared her throat, "sir? Do you and your daughter have something you would like to share?"
Logan looked at the teacher and shook his head, "no miss.... Applebottom," he struggled to say the name without laughing. He looked around and noticed he was the only dad in a room of moms.

((i'm dying of laughter with him))
Arin quieted down quickly not wanting to get in trouble on her first day.

((Lol I know! XD))
The teacher nodded and rolled her eyes at the same time, "alright. So today were going to get to know one another. So everyone sit in a circle on the alphabet rug in the back."

Arin followed the other kids and their parents to the rug. She saw a girl around her age with low numbers and looked down quickly. Why did people have to die?
Logan sat and helped his daughter into his lap; it was how they sat at home when she used her powers and they scared her. He hugged her, "your okay sweety," he whispered in her ear.
Logan listened to the introductions up until it was his turn, "Logan, actor," he maid it quick so he wouldn't have to talk long. All these kids made him nervous.
Logan smiled back, "you did good," he whispered, assuring her. He could feel the teacher glaring at him. 'I guess talking in class isn't good here ether,' he thought to himself.
Arin went back to listening to everyone's name glad she missed hearing the girl-who would die tomorrow-name's.
When everyone was done the teacher smiled, "it's nice to meet you all. Now, children, there's a table with crackers, cheese, and juice on the table against the wall. Please help yourselves."
Logan stood and helped his daughter up, "do you want to go get something wile I talk to the girl's mommy?"

Logan headed over to the woman but was stopped by the teacher and scolded, "I expect the best of behaviour from the children, and I expect it from their parents too. So if you want your daughter to stay here, I suggest she behave."
Logan arched his brow, "you realize were paying for her to come to pre-school, right? We just want her to be able to make friends when she goes to school."
"Well with manners like the ones you clearly don't have, she's not getting far."
He glared at her and clenched his jaw before walking around her, being sure to bump her hard with his shoulder. Logan approached the mother, "pardon me? Can I ask you something about your daughter?"

He nods, "hers are really low..." He said softly, "I really think you should bring her to the hospital tonight."
Arin was sitting by herself nibbling on a cookie. She looked up at her dad and offered him a cookie.
He couldn't help but smile at her. He took a cookie, "thanks sweety." He sat with her and ate his cookie slowly.
He shook his head, "I didn't tell her that you saw the numbers, your good," he assured her, "do you want to go early and get candy?"
He chuckled and took her hand. He led her out of the room without speaking with the teacher, "don't tell mommy."
Logan smiled, "good girl," he helped her into the car, then got in too and drove to her favourite candy shop.
((cuz Arin being the adorable child she is would ask to come over which means a Sam and Robin scene :) ))
((Okie!))
Sam walked in, looking for something to help with her feelings of emptiness. Another baby had moved out..
